Participants under the age of 18 must obtain parental / legal guardian consent, where the parental / legal guardian consent section within the registration form must be filled in. (Participants are to obtain all necessary forms (i.e. registration, parental/guardian consent, indemnity) from www.jpmmotorsport.com.my)

| 2. |
Participants must abide by the contest rules and regulations. Any decisions made by the organizer are final. No further queries will be entertained. |
| 3. |
The organizer reserves the right to use any submitted photograph for publicity purposes without consent & compensation to the photo contest participants. |
| 4. |
Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has infringed any of the contest rules. |
| 5. |
Participation in the contest signifies the agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions as listed. |
| 6. |
All nationalities are welcomed. |
| 7. |
By taking part in the JPM Photo Challenge ‘10, participants are deemed to have acknowledged that the organizer is indemnified against any accidents or injuries sustained in the course of the event. |

| Rules & Regulations |
| 1. |
Participants are to report in at 0700hrs on Saturday, 30th October 2010 for registration at Colmar Tropicale Hospitality Lounge. |
| 2. |
Participants are required to bring along their NRIC or passport for registration. |
| 3. |
All participants must wear the provided event t-shirt during the entire event. |
| 4. |
Members of the press are not eligible to partake in this contest. |
| 5. |
Transportation within Berjaya Hills along the course will be provided during the event (shuttle). |
| 6. |
Participants can use any digital camera to shoot photographs during the event. |
| 7. |
Storage format accepted are CF / SD formats. Participants using other formats must supply their own relevant adaptors / drivers. The organizers will not be held responsible for the inability to read / upload images. |
| 8. |
All photographs will be judged on the following key criteria:

Creativity in theme interpretation; |

Use of colours and light / shadows; |

Composition of photograph; |

Relevance to theme. |

| 9. |
There is ONLY one category, regardless of compact cameras or DSLR.
| All entries must fulfil the following conditions: |

Submit each assignment photograph on time; |

Assignment photograph must be based on designated theme. |

| 10. |
Participants must submit photos in person. No proxy submission by any participant is allowed during the JPM Photo Challenge ‘10. |
| 11. |
All digital photographs submitted must be new works that have been shot on the day of the competition, during the competition hours by the participants. Participants, who submit images that were shot earlier, or shot by proxies, will be disqualified. |
| 12. |
Images for download must be in the highest resolution available in the camera, in JPEG format. Images are not to be altered by any image editing software. (no conversion software will be provided) |
| 13. |
The organizer will not be responsible for providing photographic equipment including cameras spare batteries, lenses, additional memory cards, other photographic accessories & etc. All participants are expected to come prepared with all their photographic equipment. |
| 14. |
The organizer will not be responsible for any loss of images / data or damage to memory card during the downloading process. |
| 15. |
The assignment winners of the JPM Photo Challenge ‘10 will be selected based on the highest points awarded for each criteria. |
| 16. |
The Grand Prize winner will be selected based on the highest points awarded amongst the winners of the theme(s). |
| 17. |
Winning photos will be announced on the 20th November 2010. |

| Do's & Don'ts |

Do's |
| 1. |
Prepare well. Carry fully charged and spare batteries, additional memory cards and a sturdy bag for your digital camera gear. |
| 2. |
Please note that no charging facilities will be provided. |
| 3. |
Be creative in interpreting the themes. |
| 4. |
Return on time to download and select your best pictures and have refreshments to recharge yourself. |
| 5. |
Sleep early the night before to be fully rested. |
| 6. |
Stay hydrated during the event. |
| 7. |
Do bring along your NRIC and necessary documentation for registration. |
| 8. |
Motorsport is dangerous. Please exercise extreme caution and safety measures at ALL TIMES. |

Don'ts |
| 1. |
Do not trespass into private property. |
| 2. |
Do not litter or smoke within the event venue premises. |
| 3. |
Do not be a nuisance in public, and do not break the law under any circumstances. |
| 4. |
Do not park your vehicles illegally nor cause any inconvenience to visitors and guests in event venue vicinity. Use the available parking lots provided. |

Do not monopolize the downloading stations. |
| 6. |
Do not put yourself or others in danger when taking photos. |

| Payment |
| 1. |
An entry fee of RM150 must be made by 27th October 2010. |
| 2. |
Payments must be made to JP Performance Motorsport Sdn. Bhd. via Maybank 5122 3132 1363. |
| 3. |
Should you require accommodation on the night before, there is a preferential rate at RM250 per room per night.
